Showcasing your 2013 National American Miss Pennsylvania Junior Pre-Teen Queen: Olivia Scullion

Wow, what an exciting year it has been! It has been an honor to represent the Keystone state this year as the 2013 Miss Pennsylvania Junior Pre-Teen. During my year of service, I was able to give back to my community in many ways. I started by visiting my local outreach organization and donated school supplies from pageant weekend. In the fall, I joined forces with my sister queen, Sydney Rowland, in a Homecoming parade for my hometown and in the Ovarian Cancer Coalition Run/Walk. I also enjoyed spending time at my local senior center helping residents by serving ice cream and playing bingo. This winter was a cold one, but it warmed my heart to be a red kettle bell ringer for the Salvation Army during the holidays.

In November, it was time for Nationals! It was an experience I will never forget. What a great time with Disney World, fun rehearsals, hanging with my sister queens and meeting new friends! It was extra special having my entire family, aunts and grandma there by my side!

My year has been amazing so far, and as it comes to a close I look forward to getting together with my sister queens, a Memorial Day Parade and serving as visiting royalty. I would like to thank my family, Sandy and Nicole Palmgren, and all of the wonderful staff at National American Miss.

Congratulations to the amazing state finalists, remember you are all already winners, so make sure to have fun, make friends and believe in yourself!
Love,
Olivia Scullion

Meet Miss Pennsylvania 2013

What an exciting year I am having as your 2013 Miss Pennsylvania Pre-Teen! My first duty as Miss PA was delivering school supplies to my Community Outreach Program. I have continued volunteering there, by getting involved with their Backpacks for students campaign, working at their coat drive, and passing out Easter Baskets. As The Pennsylvania Pre-teen, I have been able to participate in local parades, was visiting royalty at other pageants, volunteered at the Ovarian Cancer walk, and Susan G Koman walk, and was invited to a private Republican Fundraiser where I got to meet the Governor of Pennsylvania Tom Corbett.
I just recently helped out at the NAM open calls with some of my sister queens, where I got to meet many amazing young ladies who are interested in learning more about the great opportunities NAM has to offer. As you can see I have been one busy queen, but my year of service isn't over yet. I am excited to see what other opportunities come my way. What an amazing opportunity this has been, serving as your Pennsylvania Pre-teen! xoxo

A Great Year Ends for The 2013 Miss Oklahoma Princess!

This past year as the 2013 Oklahoma Princess Queen has been a dream come true. I've spent my year as queen volunteering throughout my community, visiting nursing homes, cleaning up parks, attending the Great Strides Cystic Fibrosis walk, helping Light it Up Blue for Autism Awareness and even raising and rehoming a litter of kittens.
Spending time with my amazing sister queens riding in the OU Homecoming parade and the Tulsa Parade of Lights and having a photo shoot was so much fun. Going to Nationals in California was my favorite part of the year. As my year as queen comes to a close, I wish all of this year's contestants the best of luck. Enjoy the weekend, make friends and memories and always remember, "if you believe it, you can achieve it!"

What an Amazing Year it has been for The 2013 Kansas Princess!

Being the National American Miss Kansas Princess this year has been one of the highlights of my life. I have gotten to do so many exciting things! I have had many opportunities to volunteer and participate in community service activities. My favorite activity was volunteering at a race with my sister queens. Going to nationals was so fun! I made many new friends and memories that will last a lifetime. I got to meet the governor which was very exciting to me! This year has been a whirlwind of first experiences and memories that I will never forget. Although, I am sad to give up my title, I am excited for another girl to experience the wonderful opportunities that I have! Kisses!!
