Take a look at Miss Kansas Jr. Pre-Teen Cover Girl!

I have had a diversified year of service so far as your 2014 Miss Kansas Jr. Pre-Teen Cover Girl. I have volunteered at the Our Lady of Guadalupe school for underprivileged children and represented a strong role-model for these larger Hispanic inner city children. I have collected donations for Wayside waifs, a local no-kill animal shelter and also sponsored and organized a drive for battered women's shelter. This past year of service has been a memorable experience I will never forget! Madeline Garcia 2014 Miss Kansas Jr. Pre-Teen Cover Girl

Its been a wonderful year for Miss Colorado Princess!

Wow what a year! I’ve enjoyed so many moments being your 2014 Colorado Princess. Being a Princess is more than "just wearing the crown and banner", it’s about getting up doing things! I didn’t wait and started my service right away. The list goes on with several other organizations including Race for the Cure 5K, honoring my Nana and other breast cancer survivors.  While I carried a smile in my heart and wore one to match on my face, I participated in several parades with my sister queens, it was so much fun. Oh, and speaking of smiles I was even featured in the November 2014 issue of Denver’s Asian Magazine.  God has blessed me beyond what my 8 year o…

My year of service began with donating school supplies to the Norwin Rotary Backpack Program, which provides needy students with materials for the school year. I then visited Pittsburgh Children's Hospital, spending time with children in the playroom. Next was able to volunteer at the Mount Pleasant Glass and Ethnic Festival with Queens for a Cause, making over girls and boys into "sparkle princesses" and "army soldiers".  Twice I served Ronald McDonald House Charities, working with my sister queens to clean the playroom at the Hershey facility and running in the Pittsburgh facility's 5k Color Run. In addition to those opportunities, I volunteered at The Reflections of Grace Foundation's Race for Grace, a charity near and dear to my community, which raises …
