One of the goals of the National American Miss program is to encourage girls to give back to their community no matter how old you are! You are never too young or too old to make a difference! Just like the 2012 NAM Pennsylvania Jr.Pre Teen Teagan Rowland did.Whether you donate your time, your money or voice sometime your small efforts can make a big difference!
