Meet The 09-10 National All-American Miss Jr Teen Kendyl Kimbler

It's time to get the inside scoop on the ALL-AMERICAN Jr Teen ! From the LoneStar State of Texas, lets get to know Kendyl Kimbler!!!

Tiffany: How did you get involved in NAM ?
Kendyl: 3 years ago I got a flyer in the mail. I had done a pageant when I was 5, but no others, so I begged my mom to let me give it a try. We both had so much fun, and couldn't wait to do it again, and again!

Tiffany: What do you want to be when you grow up?
Kendyl: It changes daily! It's a good thing I am only 14 and have time to decide. Some days it's a lawyer, some days it's an actress, some days it is a fashion designer. I am so glad that I live in a country where there are so many choices, and I am free to explore all of them!

Tiffany: What to you like to do for fun?
Kendyl: Hang out with my friends. We do everything, movies, church, SHOPPING...

Tiffany: What activities are you involved in?
Kendyl: FCCLA, which stands for Family, Career, and Community Leaders of America, and I LOVE my church youth group!

Tiffany: What is your best quality ?
Kendyl: The ability to forgive myself for my mistakes and start over again! I learn from everything I do, and strive to remain positive regardless of the situation. I can almost always find good in everything.

Tiffany: How would your friends describe you?
Kendyl: Fun, Crazy, Cool, Determined and Happy!

Tiffany: Where is your favorite place to shop?
Kendyl: Forever 21!!!!! Cute clothes at cheap prices!!!

Tiffany: Finish this sentence: People would be surprised to know...
Kendyl: That I have been on the Tyra Banks Show, and shot a movie for the BBC, all thanks to NAM! After my 1st NAM pageant, Tyra was looking for a girl who did natural pageants and her mom to compare with a glitz girl and her mom. Next thing you know, I am being flown to NYC! Then, the BBC asked me to help show a girl from England what it was like in America, and we shot a documentary with them! Such a fun experience!

Tiffany: What is your favorite childhood memory ?
Kendyl: I loved Disney World when I was 5. Everything was so bright and colorful, and I was so glad I got to meet Cinderella and her Prince!

Tiffany: If you had 3 wishes what would you wish for?
Kendyl: A closet that magically produced new clothes every day, a bedroom that magically cleaned itself, and three more wishes...

Tiffany: If you could trade places with anyone for a day who would it be?
Kendyl: Miley Cyrus, on a day she was dating Nick Jonas ! lol

Tiffany: If I gave you 1 million dollars what is the first thing you would by?
Kendyl: The red mustang that was given away at Nationals! What a car!!!!

Tiffany: What is your favorite quote?
Kendyl: "After all, tomorrow is another day" Scarlet O'Hara

Tiffany: What is your all time favorite movie?
Kendyl: I love Twilight! Teen life with a bite...

Tiffany: What is your most prized possession?
Kendyl: My National All American Miss Crown and Banner. Never in my life did I dream I would possess them.

Tiffany: What is your favorite book?
Kendyl: The Twilight Series. When the new books come out, guaranteed you will not see me for a day.

Tiffany: What do you hope to accomplish as the National All-American Jr Teen ?
Kendyl: To be the best role model I can be, and to spread the word that NAM is a learning experience that every girl should try!

Tiffany: If you had to pick between your cell phone, computer or TV what would you pick?
Kendyl: My cell phone. I could not possibly go on without being able to talk to my friends. Plus it has internet and TV on it, so I would really have all 3!

Tiffany: What is the best advice you have ever received?
Kendyl: If at first you don't succeed, try try again!

Tiffany: If you could witness any historical event which would you choose ?
Kendyl: The Sermon On The Mount.

Tiffany: If you could only eat one food for the rest of your life what would it be?
Kendyl: McDonalds Chicken Nuggets!

Tiffany: What makes you unique ?
Kendyl: I have seen the Christmas Decorations on Rodeo Drive and 5th Avenue, and the 4th of July fireworks over Hawaii all before age 15. That's pretty unique and VERY lucky!

Tiffany: What advice do you have for any girls thinking about entering NAM?
Kendyl: Do It!!! You will make so many new friends, have so much fun, and learn so many new things! It will help you with public speaking, confidence, poise, and be one of the best memories of your life!

Tiffany: How did you prepare for nationals?
Kendyl: I really didn't! I prepared for a vacation, and for meeting lots of new people, and for having a great time! The fact that I was competing while I was there was kind of secondary, but I will say that being able to do NAM twice in one year was a blast!
